ah here, i just got mine today and i could put it in at first and then i took it out to eat and cant put it back in!!!

i clearly stated that you are NOT suppose to wrap it in tissue. And no, unless you want to wreck the retainer and buy a new one brainbox.

i dont know wat i got but my dentist glued a metal wire behind my top teeth he said it was rentainers is it?

for one you shouldnt wrap it in tissue
and 2 your not suppose to drink or eat anything with it on.

not true, I got mine today and though you're not supposed to eat with it. I was told its better it eat with it in than to wrap it in tissue
