i really like these forms though, these partner applications

i also figure that an elbow like this in close range (like when you're in the thaiclinch) is really effective, and i saw many mma fighters also use it

hitting with that kind of elbow is easily going to break your opponents jaw if you catch him with it

these moves are simple traditional displays just to see each technique, in a fight they r used in combination when up close in elbow stance or when inside on the clinch, where an uppercut would be impossible.

yet i wonder how this elbow is really effective, its hard to do at all, and an uppercut is way more effective to do
