A report released Wed. blasts corrections officials for missing chances to catch Phillip Garrido, the sex offender accused of holding Jaycee Dugard captive in his backyard for 18 years. (Nov. 5)

Don't blast them, fire them all who were involved and neglected by doing a half ass job. Blasting is for kids who don't know, kind of like slapping them on the hand. These douche-bags deserve to lose their jobs and never be hired in any country for law enforcement field.

I can't wait until, hopefully, Jaycee nails these two creeps in court. Those screw-ups in Sacramento never did.

The problem is not the persons who run law enforcement. The laws themselves are insane. For instance, Phillip Garrido was convicted decades ago for setting up a rape torture chamber in a Reno storage unit and kidnapping and raping a woman there. What kind of legal system presumes such a sicko could ever be rehabilitated and released to prey on the general population? Someone who sets up a rape torture chamber and puts it to use would be hanged by the neck in a sane society.
