You're wrong. Most of the women that marry foreign men are from the vast Mekong River Delta in south of Saigon. Native inhabitants in this delta have many good characters like hospitable, honest,..., but they also have bad ones, especially the lust of "temporary rest". It means parents of those women want their daughters to marry foreigners to get money, so they can renovate their houses, buy more jewelry,...They don't care about how their daughters live abroad.
