why didn't you add spices in the flour or egg mixture before baking?

@THEMACINTOSH25 When I season the flour I find those flavours are overwhelmed by the dipping sauce so I usually don't bother. If you're not serving a dipping sauce then definitely add some seasoning to the flour - onion/garlic powder, paprika (smoked paprika is really nice) for example. I like to use ground/powdered herbs because they mix well with the flour and won't fall off in the egg and coating steps.

honey/mustard dip, ......or ketchup,.......but honey/mustard dip is better,...... or ketcup if u like,.........or sweet and sour dip sauce ( also known as vietnamese spring roll sauce),....
