strange....he taps the reed wire flat then sharpens it, but comes a couple of beats short of getting it in tune.

Considering the fact that the tuner stopped too soon on E and the second C, that's two out of four... so I'd assume about half or more of the organ was out of tune by the time he got done, so it's no wonder it sounds so bad in the end!
