Pinellas County and the Code Enforcement Division claim to understand the problem, they claim to want to improve positively, and they claim they will be proactive in their attempts to avoid rights violations and over intrusion. I say this after speaking with both the administrator's office and the code enforcement's office. Updated in October, 2011. I'll keep watching, but it seems my county has some rational people in the right places who are willing to identify faults and work to improve.
