fox bloody hypocrites, shut up

When and IF it reaches such a point there will be a backlash, as there should be. "Slippery slope" arguments are just patently ridiculous, e.g. a certain GOP candidate's insistence that gay marriage in states that want it will lead to "man on dog" as far as the eye can see. If Muslims or anyone else try to ban short sleeves on campus, I assure you I'll be right there with you opposing it.

muslims are killing their own children like animals do

@trilobright Yes, you are right, however don't throw it in my face. Next they will say that the girl in the restaurant is offensive because she has short sleeves. Give an inch, take a yard. It will never end. You will feel it when it effects you! As long as you don't have your free speech quelled, your ok with it. But, the minute your version of free speech is attacked, well as you say, I'll stop here.

@UT5000 2) These hadith are all sahih (Correct) and are even the words of Kaliph Omar.
Ishmaiel was blessed by God but it was Issac's seed that God chose that through him the prophets will come and through him the Massiah (Christ) would come.
And He the Massiah would give the last everlasting and eternal Covenant.
Old Testement (Jeremiah 31:31-34 , 32: 37 , 50:5) New Testament (Matt 26:27 , Mark 14:22, Luke 22:15, 1Corinthians 11:25, Hebrews 8:8, 10:15-20)
Thus Muhammad = False Prophet.

@UT5000 Is it hard for a Muslim to talk without cursing or do you learn your filthy speech from your prophet?
And no God said in Genesis 49:10
"The scepter shall not depart from Judah,Nor a lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh (The Messiah) comes; And to Him shall be the obedience of the people.
Judah is the the believers adopted his name like Israel his father and Judah (Jews) his children. No prophet will come outside the Jews until the Messiah (Christ) and He will give final Law.

You could have stopped after the first sentence, that was all the information I needed as to why you object to the university's actions. I'm a Unitarian born and raised, but I and many other students, alumni, and neighbors applaud Harvard taking this basic step to make the campus a more welcoming place to students from different backgrounds, and different standards of modesty.

@trilobright Don't speak for me I am Jewish this is not what I believe in. There are places where we can work out without the guys, why change the status quo. What right does she have to come into a school and say gee six of us don't want a co-ed gym, she doesn't she needs to shut up. That's that.
If it's a problem for them then go back to where they come from or take off the head scarves, or good lord don't take gym at school. Fuck this person, what are they gonna say next, we can't sit next to men in our churches, or our restaurants, and the list goes on and on. Get the F**k out, Paleeeeeeeeze!

A lot of Christian, Jewish, and non-religious women like this too. My very secular gym in a Boston suburb has a women only room, working out is a very exhibitionism-prone activity and women just want to do without a bunch of creepy guys staring at them! Regardless of your religion, would you want your daughter's body being the subject of a room full of perverts' fantasizing while she's just trying to stay in shape? More ignorant conservatives trying to make Islam into a bogeyman.
