How To Make Golden Milk- a Delicious, Ancient and Healing Beverage

Golden Milk is a delicious tasting healing tea and an ancient beverage used to improve digestion, joint health, immunity and energy. I was first introduced to this during my Kundalini Yoga training by Yogi Bhajan. Yogi Bhajan also created the Yogi Tea formulas all of which are based on the science and medicine of Aurveda.

i don't know the other version of this golden milk recipe but her version has a

tremendous satisfying ending result. i prepare it every morning and i just love

it. oh, also i use it when i prepare oatmeal. it's simple a temptation!!!

yeah, i failed to say that when ghee and tumeric are bubbling up, it smells so good. this recipe is a feast for the eyes, delight for the nose and ecstasy for the tongue and stomach. now, from another angle, this vid is complete education and takes one to a
