Meet the students and staff at Escuela Proyecto La Esperanza, Jocotenango,Guatemala. They have just opened a new purpose buit school providing access to education for over 450 children and young adults who would otherwise remain outside the education system.
Education for the Children Foundation exists to help some of the poorest children in Central America off the streets and into the classroom, providing a positive alternative to a life of begging.
"Our vision is to offer children born into poverty the opportunity to build a brighter future through full access to education."
