Okay: US Citizens are NOT permitted to organize militias without being branded as a national security threat, and yet, our Federal Government now hires private FOREIGN and heavily-armed mercenaries, (with criminal records) to take-over a large jail facility on US soil, in order to train more FOREIGN, private, and heavily-armed mercenaries on US SOIL who identify themselves as the "American Police Force (APF) who've already impersonated local city police officers?
