PRESENTED BY LAYLA ANNA-LEE
Owing to the use of eventful passages in classic literature and the last song played by the house band on a boat that sank in 1912, Maryland don't have much of anything except a pretty name after a make of cookies and a handful of mediocre songs that may mean nothing to anyone but the son of a teacher, who was originally killing time between meals. University found him in recording studios and rehearsal rooms for the material to be bootlegged once the songwriter had died prematurely after a calamity or broken heart.....
Be sure to catch MARYLAND live on the 21st of November at the 333 club, London. More details, tunes and videos over at - http://www.myspace.com/marylandish.
Tune in again tomorrow!
no record label anymore, they'll be self releasing an EP very soon...
