Thanks I appreciate the recommendation. I can already do the splits in both directions but I can't get my legs into a Lotus position except for one leg at a time but not both. It seems to be glutes and thighs that are the problem.
Several years ago, I began studying Tae Kwon Do and developed very good flexiblity and strength but I cannot get into the Lotus pose. Is there any way to gradually loosen my legs so that I can use this pose? Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you.
