@dancettechick13 yeah me too, I was even younger, around 7 years old, and i think movies should point towards those cases... and who should play a molested kid, some adult actress?

Love this movie, its soooo good. Dakota's incredible in it.

It's stupid that people take this so seriously...their just acting.
And Dakota was briliant in it.
Same thing happend with Linda Blair in the Exorcist, for years she got tormented and teased for being 'the devil' just because her character was.
When will people grow up and realize that it's just a film and they're only acting.

She was just making it clear that it is only fiction andfilm. She was not hurt, rather her character was. People prejudge the film without seeing it.

i was molested at age 12. The same age as Dakota when doing this film. Most of these rape cases dont go to court. People would rather say this is wrong than to watch and protect their own kids. These things happen. People need to stop pretending like they dont happen their are kids as young as 3 getting raped and having to grow up with a ton of problems. I know the movie will bring up bad memories for me. But it will help me to move on. And thats what its all about.
