@GriffinPilgrim I learned it in a day for an audition last year. Didn't do very well though. Stuff like this needs to be worked at extensively, as Shakespeare is so rich in subteties and tones, and this speech is a good example. Hope you did well anyway! I know sometimes the practicalites of auditions force this last minute approach. I had to read Macbeth recently, having been informed of the audition only two days before and not having been given a text - it was given to us on the day!

@froggyluva0014 Just a tad... Still, here's a trick a friend taught me. Read the script from the paper a few times, then hold it behind your back and try to do the speech. You'll forget a lot of course and have to pull out the script a lot, but if you don't have it in your face all the time you'll rely on it less. Do that for the next couple of days and you should be OK. Good luck!
