This isn't quite as chaotic as it looks. I loved riding on a motorbike in Hanoi (tho I never had the nerve to be the driver). This works because Vietnam has a polite culture. If we tried this in the US, we'd all be dead from road rage in 10 minutes! Its amazing to watch them do this. However, m/c accidents are the leading cause of death in Vietnam I believe. The trick is to go slow and steady like being on a crowded sidewalk. Loved the Vietnamese people.
