Break the Wall Productions presents the new Fringe show True Life, a dark comedy about a cult, showing at the BYOV 24: New City Legion at 8130 Gateway Boulevard (Look for the Red Door around the corner from Hudsons on Gateway Blvd) Tickets $12.

Anna and Cal can't do anything right: they can't live and they can't bring themselves to die. Just when they're at the end of their rope, they find True Life -- an experimental new-age support group. But things take a turn for the worse when this life-affirming group threatens their lives.

BREAK THE WALL PRODUCTIONS is an Edmonton based devising theatre company seeking to explore the relationship between audience and actor. With a focus on comedy in all of its forms, BTW will produce new and existing theatrical pieces with an emphasis on fully devised works and adaptations. From an existing stimulus, BTW will develop full-length theatrical productions through a process of collaborative improvisation. Previous Edmonton Fringe Shows include Don't Make Fun of Jesus (2009), Taking Out the White Trash (2010), Viva La Diva (2009), and Excuse me... This is the Truth! (2009)
