The timing is off because when you compare it exactly to other videos she sings the sentence right before the first word on yours goes red.

Actually guys. Timing is perfect!! The thing Is you're supposed to wait until the whole entire word is red... Well for most. I love this song and the timing is perfect if you can understand it.
