  • You don't. Go underneath it. He should've elevated the hand 4 inches above the elbow and had a partner manually stabilize the arm as well.

  • haha you forgot BSI. Many other things wrong, but I'll just say don't forget to assess the 5 P's: Pulse, Pallor (skin color, temp., cond.), Paresthesia (pins and needles), Paralysis, and Pain (general or local).

  • the wrap is done improperly

  • I dont tie around the uninjured arm. Why do you do that?
