I can understand the need for a seperate coach if there is a serious problem with gropping...
it is also used in Sao Paulo, Brazil... and other cities...
BUT, This looks like a huge over-reaction. The women should have just got a guard- they didn't have to attack the guys like that. And making them do sit-ups? What the fuck? And a fine?
What about male tourists who made an innocent mistake and took the wrong coach? Would they also be treated like this?

@grant11102 this doesnt stem from gender segregation.. it stems from the idea that women shouldn't have to go through the same trouble while commuting as men.. that's why we have seats reserved for women and senior citizens on every public transport.. for your own sake, stop making ignorant comments.. try to understand a community first before jumping to conclusions.. and leave the judgement of how civilised your society is to others.. you'd be surprised how many people disagree..
