US tries to thaw Russia's adoption freeze

A delegation from the United States has held talks with Russian officials about the future of the adoption of Russian children by American parents. Adoption was halted after a series of unfortunate events that resulted in Russian children being abused by American parents, the icing on the cake was when an 8-year old boy was sent back to Russia alone by his adoptive American mother.

russians shouldnt allow someone adopt so easily a child especially americans

I'm glad Russian stopped adoption to the U.S.Now to get the U.S department to stop adoption.The Adoption Agencies and their solicitation for babies/children needs to be stop.
