  • not too impressive, up the training a little.

  • in fact this was without training, only told him about planche training and he was able to do an advanced tucked planche.

  • Push-up bars or parallettes.

  • damn i was hoping you would walk right into the pool on your hands lol

  • talking out of ignorance. here are the steps to full planche. frogstand, tucked planche, advanced tuck planche, full planche with legs spread open, then finally full planche with feet together. the guy in the vid did a great advanced tuck planche.

  • @capullines2007 bullshit

  • OMG you are the maaan, hell yeah work that body!!!

  • What? Tuck planche is characterized by a rounded back and ass at shoulder height. The advanced tuck planche ideally has back perfectly level with shoulders and a flat back.

  • thats what a good tucked planche is supposed to be

  • No. It is flat back level with shoulders.

  • an advanced tuck planche is when your bum is higher than your shoulders, and as you can see, his bum is higher than his shoulders, hence his advanced tucked planche

  • If you want to classify that as an advanced tuck planche, you just gotta flatten out that back. Otherwise its just a high tuck planche.

  • Biceps are used for almost all straight arm work. Except for the planche, if you want it to work your biceps you need to hand your hands facing backwards at about a 45 degree angle.

  • that's shit omg noob

  • what do you mean use biceps? i thought they werent really used for this stuff.. im just curious cuz i do stuff like this and i small biceps
