  • @coolkid37btc doing 10 exercises for a burst bout especially at that intensity is not very impressive unless they had no rest time between bouts. It didn't say on the video but I'm guessing they had at least 15 second rest periods between. Btw, stop typing like 13 year old girl on Aol Instant messenger...

  • @destiny6666 hey hes my trainer who teaches my bootcamp class and when we do this warmup there is no break inbetween you just keep going if there was abreak in between it wouldnt be 12 mins

  • @RP88888 yea this is the workouts we do in his classes hes a trainer my trainer, the actual workout is way more intense.
