  • you should not move your head like that you must stay in one position or else your aura will not settle down you have to sit still if you have too move u can, it is wrong when you move your head like this...NO HARD FEELINGS

    You tune in with "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo" and then I do one long "Sat Nam" at the end to finish, although this ending is optional. The mantra is "Waheguru". Blessings!
