love Serena!!!!!

How the hell is comparing the mens game with the womens game a good argument against her? Serena even says in her interview with Charlie Rose that she wishses she had the athleticism of the men. Silly idiot.
-
@JAYLOVE47 she wouldn't get into the top 1000 in the mens game. rafa, fed, djoko, and murray would all beat her 6-0, 6-0.

I personally don't really like either one of them very much. i think they are both poor sports. Lindsay Davenport and Amelie Mauresmo are my favs.
-
@ChrisAmericaUSA I totally agree with your statement because if you read the Youtube comments and watch the tennis matches in the USA the American crowd favour the European players over the Williams Sisters. Venus and Serena changed women's tennis for the better bringing new fans into the sport. Venus and Serena are pioneers just like Althea Gibson.

That second set bagel was for the one Justine gave her the year before at this same tournament. And even then Serena won. She is amazing.
-
@JAYLOVE47 You are completely correct; Serena is known for her power, but she certainly has so much more. It just seems like she has only power when she is playing Henin, who plays with more of a men's style anyway
-
people stop comparing these 2. they are both great players!
I don't get why're you so horrible and disrespectful to both of them?
Why do you make it personal, especially to Justine?
She can't help her looks and her height, you should respect her! Serena does!

@IRunLa69 lol you bitter person. justine hated tennis then. she didn't care.
and serena tanked in 3 grand slams to her. she didn't put up a fight.
very lazy of her, in grand slams too.
What is even more sad is to see how many people here who claim to be patriotic and so USA but cant support two black girls who are native born Americans and have kept USA women's tennis on the map---Jeesh! Do anything to justify disliking them but no one can take away their talent and their GS titles! They have beaten everyone! Including Graf, Seles, Hingis, Davenport, Capriati, Henin, Clijsters, Sharapova & Wozniacki. Enough said!

Henin left tennis under the false pretense of retirement after she started losing in early 2008. She lost badly to Maria at the AO, then to Safina in Germany, and to Serena in Miami.
She wanted time off and did not have the guts to be truthful about it...cowardly; decepive.
After seeing the recent success by Kim, she's rushing back.
Having her back is good for competition and she will most likely do well. But she has character issues. Watch your back with this woman.
