Team NFA is about some friends and members of RC4W who love running our 4wheeling rigs in the deep snow. Join us on our annual snowbashing trip to the North Sand Hills near Walden Colorado. Every year we make the trip for some good 4wheeling and sledding on the dunes.
This was the first trip for Guido (yellow Bronco) with the supercharger on the 302 motor and the radiator to keep it cool. It worked great.
Guido was featured in Crawl magazine, issue 15, in the summer of 2008.
In the winter we don't work on our rigs, we go play hard in the snow. If you cain't keep up, don't step up.
We only drive on designated forest service roads and trails. Please tread lightly.

For more info on us or our rigs please visit our club website, www.rc4w.com

  • Thanks for all the great comments. Building for snow is much like mud, you need big horsepower, big tires, and good ground clearance. Plus a great cooling system, we run 2 or 3 tranny coolers and large custom radiators.

I hope to have my Bronc running again soon and I have an HD camera now so I can post some good video.

    Thanks again!

  • hey i dont mean to sound rude but you should try airing down your tires you get a bigger footprint and stay on top of the snow better

  • @Em0cLoWn the rigs with beadlocks are aired down to 4 psi, I run mine at 8 psi because I don't have beadlocks. You really can't run any lower without blowing the tires off the rims. Thanks for the comment.

  • wait!? there is sand underneath the snow?

  • @crv26 LOL. There sure is. We go play on the sand in the summer and the snow in the winter. Thanks for the great comments guys.

  • Thanks....has a similar riff to Motley Crue's Too Young To Fall In Love. Have to try to find it around here.

  • No problem. That's why I liked it too. I found the mp3 as a free download somewhere on the web.
