@jasoncscs god, with those insane workouts done you better be dunking now, four minths later :P...you should focus better on simpler heavies workouts to dunk and then do these to polish your leg w/o!! yet it's nice!

Whats the benefit to doing this on a high platform? It seems necessary if you were going lower than ground level, so in turn you needed to go higher, but you arent going lower than the platform you're on

@weepaul666 explosive, then balance. In a way you are right simply doing a single leg squat would stimulate greater force if you were interested in hypertrophy. This has a more athletic application.

@BlockedNasalPassages Actually if you check the date mine is a little old. Truth is there are plenty more impressive since this got posted. I just used the tape so that there was a mark of reference.
