also, diskaid users, College Students and Teachers get Diskaid for FREE (Full Version - no trials) You just need to obtain the License by giving your name and college email (meaning it has to end in ".edu"), verify the email by clicking its link, a new window will pop up asking if you wish to download diskaid free. DISKAID NO LONGER PROVIDES TRIAL ACCOUNTS. You will have to pay the charged fee of around $25 to recieve Diskaid if you cannot obtain the free user license.

I think what some of these people namecalling you are trying to say is that certain details that may be set up from your computer are not listed/visible in the places they're computers are. For instance, I have a Windows 7 computer so most of the XP options are not available to me. However, I have quicker and easier ways to get around to things that can take an XP user a few more clicks to get to (but a few isn't much hard to follow anyways). Your description should list reqs like OS.
