First and difficult part of my project, for all of you who were waiting for it ...
Not very easy to create a video about the Land of Cedars , since it's a well known fact that this small country is so complex and the task is even harder because of the multiplicity of confessions and opinions.
However, I tried to be the most objective as I could , so that History won't repeat itself.

This video deals with the Lebanese Civil War strictly speaking, 1975-1976. So keep in mind that this is BEFORE Syria 's intervention in Lebanon.

Everything has been done with Windows Movie Maker, with a major dose of heart and time, made by traditional methods.

In a time when Lebanon is at the dawn of a new Civil War, I hope recent History won't give me more images of atrocities. Unfortunately , Lebanese in general have a short memory and everything can start again.

Cordialement...

Hello my Dear Friend, I didn't finish it, unfortunately ...

    Hope you liked it. Regards

  • the video is tainted with ur mourabitoun background...its a shame coz it has some cinematic and emotional values

  • Nice try again, but believe me, no political background at all ...

  • i can totally tell your religion by watching this video... nice try trying to make it seem as if this was the truth. in the "teams" why arent the muslims involved? were you guys not destroying the coutry along with the rest of us?

  • Great try, for your info, i'm the only guy on EARTH who showed the massacre of DAMOUR ... and gave it more than the last minute of my video ...

Always have new eyes my good man ...

  • the 1975 civil war of Lebanon was the roots of all problems that lead on in the country right up until the 2nd 'civil conflict' in may 2008.. debt, hezballah/israel, the palestinians, sectarianism, corruption.. these all have a resolution, but i pray that God punishes severely whoever intended on ruining my beloved country.

  • your video is outstanding, not easy to see suck a passionate portrait. As far as I know there's still a strong taboo on the civil war that has to be solved. Go straight on this direction!

  • @istiiizzz i meant the Hezballah israeli war in 2006. but ofcourse, im proud of Hezballah and a big supporter also.. they're a loyal and brave resistance which never back down in the face of the zionist entity

  • @MrSweetlife92 its not the fault of Hezbollah, they only defend Lebanon against the Israelies. say only Israel, not Israel/Hezbollah, because without Hezbollah, Lebanon today is Gazza

  • un grand bravo de la vidéo sur le Liban elle est très belle

  • c koi la music du début stp (le tittre si possible merci)

  • Marhaba !Super boulot ! Tu as fait d'énormes recherches d'archives. Tu as tout trouvé sur le net ?

  • nice video but a very biased one at that. u did not mention the whole story but i am sure u cannot because of time constraints, of course the muslims , the fucking palestinians, the druze, the syrians had nothing to do with it. i lost a lot of good educated friends while the fucking ignorant uneducated of west beirut were pillaging the stores in downtown and hamra

  • @anthonyak

    Dear sir jadoz!

It is a nice project, well done. They said to us that Lebanon is a "country" our "home country". They didn´t tell us the truth. Lebanon is just a farm, created by France, Sykes and Picauds, nothing more.

  • its not so easy to be subjective about this issue. I wished to be known that the start of the war was not based on religious groups as you mentioned specially that cristians or druze were represented in parties, most specially "druze" were represented by the progressive socialist party which contained different religions but of course you are right that it evolved into a very religious related war. It was due mainly to the existance of Israel as our new neighbor. I hope no one forgets that.

  • this is clearly a way to make people change ideas of lebanese christians, because you were the ones who started htis war by invading a church in 3ain el remmeneh so we responded to this attack palestinians started this war and all of you got togheter to kill us, plus, the crosses on the soldiers chest is clearly edited because in that time, no one would show there indentity, this video is a clearly a muslim propoganda

  • Alot of leabnese people make the same mistake, the phalangist didin't start any of that, it was the palestinians who took down a church and killed preaches in 3ein el remmeneh, then and only then the kata2eb (phalangist) intervened and shot the bus.
