how did you get the pulse stone???

From the Mouse in the Far Right End of Town of Dry Dry Outpost Give him a Lemon and He will tell you a code. head to the store and by a dry shroom and a Dusty Hammer . and then the mouse will react then head back where you found the mouse that you gave the lemon, enter the building and go up to the house of the far left and meet the mouse again and he will give you the Pulse Stone.

you find it when you find moustafa in the desert town. look for a house to climb, then go left of there to find a warehouse at the way end. there moustafa gives you pulse stone. but remember to have dusty hammer and dried shroom with you!!!
