I am a 64 year old white American woman. I converted to Islam 25 years ago, when we have our all women talent shows, I sing this song, and my African American Muslim sisters crack up-they can't believe how close I get to the original, yes thru Islam we can all learn more about "the other" white women have "soul"--I also memorize Quran and I prefer it to any music, but I still have my roots and these songs from the past were the best ever!!!!

I am 28 and when I was younger I hated when my uncle would play oldies all day and night. He would play music till 4 am, and I guess that is why I am hooked now. This is one of my most favorite songs ever. I play it every night before I sleep.
