@Kenneth9725 The central section is most effective when used purely for defense, IMO. But his footwork did leave several openings, choreographed or not.

sorry yes of course 3sect staff is really strong and good weapon if you know how to wield it and there is really big posibility to hurt your sparing partner with it

actually, this is a live preformance. if 3 sect staff did use it properly, his partner coudl've been hurt. this is called a choreographed spar.
