My Foundation Routine

Learn how to Conceal and apply Foundation in this Makeup Tutorial, step by step:
1. Studio Finish concealer in NW30 under the eyes and on the inner eye corner with #195 brush.
2. Select Cover concealer in NC35 to brighten under the eyes with #217 brush.
3. Kett Translucent powder with #225 brush.
4. Face & Body foundation in C5 with #188 brush.
5. Studio Finish concealer in NC42 to conceal blemishes with #195 brush.
6. Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Medium Dark to set with #129 brush.

I know that the F&B bottle is bigger then the usual mac foundations, does the pump dispenses all of the product for the F&B?

hi deepa, pls answer my 2 questions when ever u have time...

i use nc40 studio fix powder and nw25 moiturecover for my under eyes which works great. what shade of nc should i use as my second concealor to brighten my eye area?

and for my face blemishes which shade of studio finish should i use cuz there is no nc40 shade, and u said to use the same shade as your foundation.

Ok, so for your NC shade under the eyes I would prob try NC30 first (just get a sample from the counter) if that doesn't work, try NC35. If those don't work, don't be afraid to try and eye brightening concealer from another line. As for you face concealer, I would think NC35 would work, but you won't know until you try. Hope that helps!

I found this video soooooo useful! Im an NC42 like you so I went and purchased Studio Finish concealer in NW30, Select Cover concealer in NC35 (though they sold me a NW35 in error - hope they can do an exchange!) and Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Medium Dark. I put all of your tips into practice (minus the foundation) and I'm LOVING the natural and light feeling results. All of this was despite having quite dark hyper pigmentation from old acne. Love that my skin can breathe and the flawless

Hey Deepa , i don't know if you'll ever reply to this but i have a really helpful tip For you , I noticed You used Black eyeliner , Heres a tip that will really Brighten your eyes , Prime the inner and outer corner of your eyes And outline the corners With white liner , I dont know if oyu already Do that But that Trick works wonders for us Brown or black eye girls

So glad you mentioned the appearance of dark circles more towards than the nose and eyebrows than the triangle below the eye.. I see most people putting it under their eye, making a triangle and blending it out.. Just didn't work for me!
