  • That's awesome!! I am a calorie counter now myself. Don't forget how many calories you also burn just living day to day. For me it's ~2200 a day just being sedentary let alone what I burn doing exercise (which is between 400-700 cals a day) minus what I eat (which is ~ 1500 cals a day). So most days I burn a total of between 1100-1400 cals, or 2.2 - 2.8 lbs a week roughly. So if you factor that in as well it's a great way to see how much more a day you are burning and per week. Great work!! : )
