  • it falls on the central gov't. That was Andrew Jackson's doing, and other presidents like FDR. Democrats who belive this country was and is great by gov't's hand, and not the people. Who fought the revolution? Gov't or people? Those are all erroneous ideas and fallacies strewn by politicians who would rather see the lengthening of their own respective terms and the shortening of people's rights and liberties.

  • Alexander Hamilton was not for closer ties with Britain,(although Ben Franklin tried to reason with them like a good British subject, though in the end, he opted for revolution like evryone else) his opinions are clear and concise, READ THE FEDERALIST PAPERS, written by A. Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison. They are truly conservative views, such as a good central gov't, but not one such as the present one, where instead of vesting all authority in local powers,

  • If liberals were around during the revolution, they would have neem labeled Tories.

  • You do realize that the founding fathers would now be considered conservatives, right? I agree, they were united against tyranny. But who today can be called a patriot? How many patriots do we really have in America? Can their voices be heard above the masses whining for government handouts?

  • Our founding father/liberals (T.Jefferson, A. Burr etc) were on the side of France and totally against retying ourselves to the British. The rightists (J. Adams, A. Hamilton etc) were for closer ties to England, against freedom of the press (Alien and Sedition Acts) and for taxes to support a standing army. People need to know that our founding fathers were just like us ... divided by method but united in caring about their country! (Washington was for enlightened elitism)

  • Obama is not the problem GReed is going to take this country down,

  • That's so beautiful. I dearly hope that is what's happening right now, it's our only hope.

  • AMEN!!!

  • March on DC Sept 10-13
