opening this piece up to interpretation, we added a sexual tension to the play, as mrs piffs is the dominant female character and takes pleasure in her power, you should try it. she needs to be suggestive, for eg, he could perhaps have dropped a c.v, and she could bend down to pick it up so that he feels more awkward. also, when she fits the electrodes to your palms, assuming she gets on with it, asking you whilst putting them on, you should be a bit more hesitant and slightly resilliant.

Sorry, but this really doesn't work without crisp English accents and received pronunciation.
The whole sketch has an underlying rhythm or pulse which drives it forward. That meter seems absent in this performance. Sorry.
