lol its funny when he gets exited when he sees his tricept shows lmaoo but noo keep up man ur doing good ive seen kids at my gym that start off skinny and get really toned in about 1 or 2 months because of proteins and shit soo keep it up

You look like my 12 year old cousin , if you haven't gained any muscle by this year. I assure you, you are just going to end up stunting your growth cause I'm sure you are not doing anything right. You need research.

you need to get a lot bigger and learn how to flex if your going to post videos like this. You look like a dick. You also should know muscle milk is ass. Im not trying to hate, just sayin..

if your dad is a doctor, he should tell you that muscle milk is the worst protein to take. also he should get you to read ingredients on labels because if you compare a chocolate bar to a protein bar, the fat/calorie/sat fat and the carbs will be almost the same, with the protein bar having more protein. you have a lot to learn, kid.
