Today I break down wrist curls... the versions I prefer and why. I also review the Terminator Handle and compare it with the Rolling Thunder and Crusher revolving deadlift handles for the purpose of wrist curls on a weight stack. If you have any suggestions of what you would like to see in future videos please leave them in comments.

@TheBearHHH Well I am getting better and more consistent results after years of experimenting with different training philisophies by NOT training to failure. So I'll go ahead and keep on this track. Thanks though.

@landgabriel Also, I dont train to failure, because I train to win. Failure is losing. By never training to failure, I can train with higher volume, and have more total tension on my muscle groups, which nets more gains (and less injury).
Great video.

Great video. I think this training philosophy applies to all movements. Exactly why partials are beneficial. To train the muscle where it is strongest and where it will encounter the most challenge during a successful overcoming of resistance.
For instance I train partial dips. Only the top part of the movement. I load up on weight and create tension in my muscle that I could never create if I always did the total rep range of the movement.
