Israel Reborn & the beginning of Birth Pains

The word of God said the nation of Israel would be re-born in the last days - "re-born" in the sense of being a nation again.

In 70 AD, the Romans destroyed the Jewish temple located in Jerusalem and with all the fierce persecution, many of the Jews scattered across the earth. For many years the land of Israel was inhabited by gentiles (anyone other than a Jew). After about 1,878 years, the nation of Israel was re-born. This happened on May 14, 1948, just like God's word declared.

Before 1948, many of the prophecies concerning the end times did not make sense because many of them were contingent upon the existence of the nation of Israel.

Though the bible does not give an exact time of the end; it tells us that things on this Earth would only get worse as the end nears. God said that one man would rule the world from the revived Roman Empire. If you study God's word and maps of the Roman empire, you will see that the European Union fits this description.

Think about what has to happen in order for one man to rule the entire world and institue a new system of laws. You can see the communists and socialist in this (USA) country trying to hold on to their power. The biggest obstacle to this "One World Empire" is the USA and the system of capitalism. Eventually communism will rise and the biblical system of capitalism will be destroyed.

But in the end, they will face God's judgement.

The war featured in this video is perhaps less known. Psalm 83 reveals a war made against Israel by its surrounding Muslim countries. Egypt and Jordan currently have a peace agreement with Israel, but soon these pacts will be rendered null and void. Because the existence of Israel will be threatened, Israel will destroy all these nations and expand its territories from the Nile River in Egypt to the Euphrates River in Iraq and south into Suadi Arabia as promised in the bible.

Israel will aquire great wealth and its military will be respected.

Some scholars believe that the Ezekiel 38 & 39 war will proceed the Psalm 83 war. Ezekiel says Russia will lead a war with the help of Iran and Turkey against Israel. Their purpose will be to take Israel's great wealth.

Afterwards you will have the final war against Antichrist near the end of the Great Tribulation in Har-Magedon (Hebrew) or the plains of Megiddo; better known as the Battle of Armageddon.
