Very good job but I think your heat on meatballs was t hot and should cook slower meatballs seemed a bit dangerous with the oil spitting. Anyway did you ever try large canned crushed tomatoes and dinced Tutturosso is the best you should try it. So much easier then those small can, I guess you were having a party ha ? Great work though Im hungry

'Oh no, you want the pan very hot. You're just trying to seer the meat and lock in the juices, not cook them. The meatballs do all the cooking in the sauce. I have tried the large cans, but they are sometimes hard to find at the local grocery stores, so I do use them in the recipe I am sharing. I want people to be able to find what I have in the recipe. And yes, i have tried "tuttorosso" tomatoes. They are great! I use Hunts because my grandmother did. Happy cooking! Ciao, Anthony
