do not swing the wight, very bad for you back :) You must use your muscles not the swing movements. And bad thing is to pull up to much wight when you can't handle it. You must be sure your muscles can control the wights. It's only just tip, I don't like to give negatife reaction. So don't think that I mean it bad or something :)

That is not 50kg!! im pritty sure if you could curl 50kg with good form you arms would be bigger than twigs :) xx
