A profile image known as "Nefertiti," and discovered by John Levasseur appears in a heavily pitted region of Mars near "Claritas/Syria contact."
Still pics and more at this link: http://www.marsanomalies.com/nefertiti
This video takes a look at that region.
Unfortunately, this one has suffered a lot of quality loss in the youtube conversion process, so it looks badly blurred. Ouch.

Excellent! I have just had my first 2 Mars sessions with Google Earth/Mars wow... thought it would gradually build up... right from the very 1 place it hooked me up,....(not the cydonia face where it starts) so many things on earth, moon, mars, sky everywhere!

Despite that the quality suffered,it's brilliant. The music is a right jewel to it,I love this vid. It's nearly artistic work, though it's only real ground features that you highlight with different edition techniques. So contrary to what some say, it doesn't take anything off the reality, but ADDS to it.
I think you should post your other Nefertiti+male figure video as a vid-response so that we can see exactly what you point at. The EYE in the end in the face is outstandingly shown, strange MARSx
