An incredible silent movie with what appears to be footage made by a tourist in Egypt ca. 1925. The video is a part of the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology collection. Producers are named to be Arthur and Kate Tode, and they are perhaps the two foreigners who appear in the video. The locations in the movie are Luxor, Isna and Aswan and the photographer seems to have been crusing the Nile during a trip in Upper Egypt. Obviously those tourists continued their journey to Jerusaluem where the final shots of the movie takes place.
