I think I might have his; I am a middle distance runner and I feel pain in the upper portion of my things, hip flexors, lower abdomen, and it's hard to tell where the pain is originating from. I ran three days ago and felt great but after last night's run I felt like crap because of the discomfort. Some days I can run 8 miles no problem and other days I can barely run 2 miles without pain.

I feel like I have blue balls after a soccer game! not fun at all....! when you are playing your body is warm and you don't feel the pain as much, but after I stop, it hurts even when i take a step. Thanks for the video!

is this only for professional athletes? I used to be really active going to the gym 5 times a week until i had an appendectomy in 2003. Since then i have groin pains that radiate to my testicle. I was told that i pulled a muscle. hmmm...
