Looks like that eagle is doing well! Great job! But training with lighted windows like that? I know I was bringing my Red-Tailed into the house after a hunt once and she slipped out of my hand and hit a window; no damage but a real scare!

@BridgetFalconer The windows are opaque. It would be irresponsible to fly her inside with clear windows.
