Peyton Place - Betty and Hannah catfight

Classical soap opera material. A scene from the 1964 TV series Peyton Place. This scene is taken from a late 1968 episode. Hannah (Ruth Warrick) - now guest starring, previously a regular - is infuriated at Betty (Barbara Parkins) because she inherited late Martin Peyton's estate, and is now publicly enjoying the wealth. Although nowadays possibly seen as a mild scene, this kind of catfight wasn't common in '68!

@fannyanne2 Yes, Hannah Cord is played by Ruth Warrick (who had played Orson Welles' wife in film Citizen Kane). This Peyton Place role evidently served as an audition to secure her later role as the matriarch of "All My Children."
