Here is my RC Hirobo Shuttle Sceadu Evolution radio control helicopter. This was on tank 3.5 into my RC helcopter experience. I think I have a problem with the rotor head because as soon as it gets into the air it starts to wobble.

After some help; I discovered my head speed was too low causing the helicopter to wobble while hovering.

  • All my problems have been due to a defective carb rotor.

  • u might be over heating because ur engine is too lean

im new to helis just got my first electric one yesterday and already wrecked it!!! cant even get it off the ground! did u start with a nitro?

  • Yes I started with a Nitro, the Evo is my first heli

    What model did you get?

  • Yes I started with the Evo.

    What model did you get?

  • Not only is the tracking off, your pitch has too much lift too bro, it's causing the motor to work really hard and your not getting the rpm's high enough from it

  • How can you tell my tracking is off? If my pitch curve is too high maybe that would explain why my engine overheats?

  • @team222badbrad you can easily see in this situation, but even if your get high end blades or cheap ones i always still make sure they are balanced then a then piece of red or whatever other bright color tracking tape on the edge of one of the blades. lets see this was 2006, how are you flying now? has to be pretty damn good by now lol, i was flying like this 2 years ago now i soar! have fun man

  • are they hard to control?

  • you were right about your stupid cousin. if if i were you, i'd grab the camera from him and give him the obligatory knuckle sandwich instead.

  • Raising the rotor speed would make the heli much easier to fly in my opinion, too low and as you get into forward flight you risk clutch slippage which is NOT good. You will wear the clutch liner out and could easily crash...and the engine can run too hot as well.

Whats with the training legs? looks too bouncy to me...I would use a hoop.

Yeah, keep the camera man silent...its hard enough learning to fly without distraction.

    Good luck with it.

  • nice i fly the older version of the Sceadu, its always been i nice heli to fly

  • Get that head speed up(Speed the engine up)!!! trust me do that and you will have to learn all over again...because the heli will become more sensitive, Trust me i had to do it. Rob

  • yep scary isn't it ! oh Less chat from the camera man nxt time , well none would be nice (sorry dude but! you know)

  • more throttle and less pitch

  • i started with a helimax axe cp piece of shit

but i just got a new tt raptor 30 with os 37 and jr 7202 synth

its in the shop being finished and broken in etc for flying
