What I dont understand is that he says you need a sponsor and if someone of the group go crazy with the card then the whole group lose the card.
Everyone is responsible for his or her action.
And why a black card? Black darkness?
I dont know its looks like that its the darkside.

alright - so as the movements go ... accept for value and or the concepts of paying or making a money order out of a pay voucher to the federal reserve for payment to a bill using the ss number and the number on the back of the ss card to the fed reserve - this I guess has something to do with that but I really can not pick up anything to lead me to this black card so I can apply for one

@TheElkton ....Like the previous individual said that its about individualism...this is not something that should be approached in a group....EVERY MAN FOR HIM/HERSELF.....i HAVE BEEN STUDYING THIS INFORMATION FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND IM NOT EVER SO ANXIOUS TO APPLY ANYTHING AS OF YET STILL STUDYING AND THERE IS WEALTH THAT NEEDS TO BE ATTAINED....You would have to put on the record all of these things in your own writing, detailing every niche of what your requesting.
