This piece has many difficult gestures in the left hand... For me at least.

  • Only watching you see that it is harder than listening...

Dude, I have a question: how do you study these pieces? Do you get the sheet music and study it 'til you get used to it? Or how?

    Thanks :)

  • @RaphaDomeniche sheet music all the way baybee.... extreme amount of patience is required of course.... extreme amounts of repetition... and I never upload until I feel it is musically phrased, and up to speed, while very little if any wrong notes... Many amateur pianists on youtube don't pay that much attention to detail, so many of their uploads are filled with mistakes that could've easily been avoided by a simple retake...

  • Do you thnk Etude Op.10 No.5 in one of the easiest Chopin Etudes?? Im playing it myself! Reply back when you can!

  • @MusicClassical1 NOOOOOOOO!!! HAHaaa.... op25 no2 is probably the easiest one i've played... why do you ask? are you having an easy time playing it?

  • @Amadi1 Yes it is easy enough for me! Why eas it a hard piece for you?? How long did it take you to learn it(Op.10 No.5) and What is the model and make of your piano??

  • @MusicClassical1 I think it is just as hard as most of the etudes i've played... the easiest i've played are probably the one I mentioned and the revolutionary.... I have a Pearl River. 6 feet 1 inch...

  • Hey! I'm just starting to learn this piece! So I'm hoping that I could get some advice from somebody who's already conquered it. I'd just like to ask which bar do you think has the hardest gesture/notes to reach? And how do you overcome that problem of not being able to reach the notes? This is an especially big problem for me because I have pathetically small hands (about six inches from the base of my palm to my middle finger and my thumb and pinky stretch the most one octave and one note).

  • Oh my God! You are my hero.

  • Terrific camera angle; thanks for posting.

  • @Amadi1 I can clearly undestand! :)

Thank you! Keep posting and playing like you do! :D
