  • great job mr. madden

  • Romney had no tax increases! Under Huckabee, there was a net tax increase of $505 million, adjusted for inflation and economic growth. (Daniel Nasaw, "10-Year Record On Taxes Studied," Arkansas Democrat Gazette, 10/9/07).

Huckabee had over 1,000+ pardons---Romney had 0. Look at Romney's business success and record as a governor compared to Huckabee. People will see their records.

  • AMEN!!!

  • Sorry for the double post...

  • Actually.. Romney did reduce real estate taxes for Seniors and turned a $250 MILLION tax increase proposal into a $250 MILLION tax REFUND. Spending increased slightly by only 2-3% under Romney but under Huckster it almost TRIPLED! Romney's tax record slaughters the Huckster's.

  • Can I get an AMEN?

  • Then again.. the flip-flop charge is superficial. Romney really has only changed on a couple of issues. But I'm please to finally see a candidate say, "You know what? I was wrong on that." I'd MUCH rather have someone change their mind than stay consistant with a wrong ideal.

  • That whole "flip flop" thing is so tired -- you all need to get a new mantra. I've changed my mind on all the big issues - abortion, the death penalty, gay marrige - over the years. I don't know a single person who hasn't adjusted their views on at least one of major issue as they've grown and evolved as people. I care about what a person believes NOW - not ten years ago.

  • What exactly did he "spin" ? Huckabee is the one doing the spinning these days -- his smirky "I'm the better Christian" campaign is disgusting.

  • I just love how telling people about your opponent's record is "smear." If you want a definition of "smear," just look at Huckabee's comments about Mitt's religion.
